Simply Home Design is a family owned business located in San Antonio, Texas that prides themselves in quality craftsmanship. All of our products are carefully selected to make sure our customer is going to happy with their purchase for years to come.
Our main focus is our Ceiling Tile Picture Frames, Clocks, Mirrors and Magnet Boards which are all handmade by the owners of Simply Home Design, Lee and Tricia Huntley. These ceiling tiles are handcrafted to resemble the old ceilings that were once used in many homes across the Country. Each piece has its own unique style and character.

1. How do you ship? We use nationally recognized couriers such as FedEx and UPS.
2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
3. How long will it take for my order to ship? If items are in stock, your order will ship in 48 hours. Many times they go out the same day. If items are not in stock, we will email you to let you know an estimated ship date.
4. Is there tax on my order? We only charge Sales Tax for orders in Texas and the tax rate is 8.025%. All other orders are non-taxable. We also have wholesale accounts that are also not taxed.
5. Is your Credit Card Processing Secure? Yes, we use Yahoo's Secure Shopping Cart and PayPal.
6. How do your shipping rates run? They run off of weight. We have an amount that each product weighs and the store will add that up to then figure out the shipping cost.
7. Do you have a return policy? Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. We can not accept returns on special order furniture or any initial/monogram items.
Simply Home Design stands behind all of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you do have 30 days from your purchase date to return your item. We will refund your money once the item is received back at our warehouse. The original shipping cost is non-refundable (the only time that the original shipping cost is refundable is when the product is defective or we sent you the wrong item).
